By accessing and using Visual Matrimony's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to marry to use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update it as needed.

4. User Content & Guidelines

You are responsible for any content you upload, including profiles, photos, videos, and messages. Content must be respectful, lawful, and authentic. We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

5. Services, Plans, and Pricing

We may offer free and paid features, including one-time purchases and subscriptions. Pricing and features may change from time to time with or without notice.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you authorize us and Razorpay to process the transaction using the payment method you provide. We do not store sensitive card data on our servers. Taxes may apply where required by law.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made on Visual Matrimony are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, downgrades, unused features, or otherwise. In the event of a duplicate charge or a failed but debited transaction, please contact support@visualmatrimony.com with the payment reference; eligible cases will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable law and Razorpay's procedures.

You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation will stop future renewals. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with all relevant information and transaction records.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the platform are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party services such as Razorpay for payments. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Matrimony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visual Matrimony, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or to us.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
