All payments made for Visual Matrimony's Services are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to partial use of Services, changes of mind, or unused features.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
In case of a duplicate charge or a failed but debited transaction, contact support@visualmatrimony.com with your payment reference (order ID, transaction ID, date, and amount). Eligible reversals will be processed as per applicable law and Razorpay's procedures.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store sensitive card data. Refund exceptions, if any required by law, will be routed through Razorpay to your original payment method within the timelines prescribed by the payment networks and banking partners.
